Bill Randazzo, M.D.
Dr. Bill Randazzo, M.D. was trained in Diagnostic and Vascular/Interventional Radiology, completing a fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. Formerly the Medical Director of Teleradiology for Philips/Direct Radiology, where he managed 100 radiologists covering more than 400 locations before co-founding The Radiology Cloud. He has founded several start-ups and has years of experience managing teleradiology operations from onboarding clients, managing radiologists’ schedules, optimizing workflow, to leading the Quality Assurance department. Dr. Randazzo continues to practice clinical radiology and brings his years of experience in leadership roles at the corporate and start-up levels to operating The Radiology Cloud.
Jesse Wakley, RT
Jesse Wakley is a software and integrations engineer, radiologic technologist, and healthcare innovator with deep expertise building and leading radiology organizations. He has directed telediagnostics divisions for major corporations and is spearheading the development of the first end-to-end zero-footprint radiology operating system. With extensive experience across the full teleradiology technology stack — custom gateways, HL7 integrations, PACS platforms, AI, and practice management systems — he has advanced innovative solutions that have improved diagnostic turnaround times, enhanced automation, improved Radiologist satisfaction and elevated patient outcomes. Jesse is a co-founder of The Radiology Cloud, where he continues to push the boundaries of radiology technology, applying machine learning and large language models to redefine the future of diagnostic workflows.
